Your mission
We're looking for an Account Executive to join our international sales team, working 100% remotely from Spain. You'll help scale our presence across multiple regions, covering enterprise and mid-market accounts worldwide. This isn't just about executing a playbook. You'll co-develop our sales function and bring best practices from your own background. You'll work alongside experienced AEs, Technical Engineers, and Sales Support, teaming up with Solution Consultants on more complex opportunities.
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: From first conversation to signed contract, you manage every step of the journey, including discovery, demos, negotiation and closing.
- Build and Grow Your Pipeline: Develop inbound leads from marketing, generate outbound opportunities through your own prospecting, and keep your pipeline healthy and your forecast predictable.
- Position the Right Solution: Understand your prospects' challenges and connect them with the right Nextron soutions, engaging users, decision-makers, and influencers along the way.
- Partner with Technical Engineers: Collaborate closely with our technical team to deliver compelling demos and provide the expertise your prospects need.
- Develop Strategic Partnerships: Work with go-to-market partners (Managed SOC Operators, IT Security Service Providers, DFIR Response Specialist Firms) to extend your reach and open new doors.
- Expand Existing Accounts: Become a trusted advisor to your customers and identify opportunities for cross-and upsell to drive long-term growth.
- Shape Our Go-to-Market Strategy: Your frontline insights matter. Contribute to how we define our Ideal Customer Profile, product-market fit, and routes to market.
- Report to the Regional Sales Director: You'll have a direct line to leadership, with the support and autonomy to make things happen.
- Deliver Results: Keep your CRM accurate, build reliable forecasts, and consistently hit (or exceed) your targets.
